Episode number 6 of Series “The Top end”.
The film examines why Greek immigrants settled in Darwin and their contribution to its development both socially and economically. Interviews with Greek small-businessmen and their wives are conducted about their businesses, family life and how they see themselves in both the Greek and Australian communities. Interviews with non-Greek Darwin residents are also conducted.
