This presentation demonstrates Amanda Gore’s easy style of education and entertainment. Her unique humorous style, and passion for messages facilitates behavioural changes and creates rapport with any group, no matter what size. With a background in physiotherapy, psychology and neurolinguistics, she specialises in creativity and new ways of thinking, state of the art selling skils, lifestyle, communication, stress management and relationships. She talks about the how rather than the why, which gives people the skills and motivates them to make behavioural changes. Her constant research means every presentation is fresh. In this video Amanda aims to change your way of thinking about stress in the workplace and at home. She tries to make her audience see that it is a matter of attitude and know-how.
