Presented by Mark Sanborn, this seminar presentation shows how you can turn your staff into a “can do” team. Part one: “Teamwork pays off” looks at achieving desired bottom line results through teamwork, 21 questions to determine the success of your team amd seven commitments of strong team relationships. Part two: “Developing a team vision” investigates three types of goals you can set for your team, fun group “games” you can play to build you team, team players vs. team slayers, and soliciting valuable input from your team memebrs.
