Michael Tucker (Michael Hurst) is programmed to kill his parents by genetic surgeon, Dr Archer Howell (Gary Day) and is incarcerated in a psychiatric institution for the crime. Years later, Michael and friends travel to an isolated Island where Howell now runs Transcranial Applications, experimenting on humans and turning them into mutant killing machines. Michael seeks revenge on Howell for the death of his parents but also to stop him for the sake of mankind. Co-starring Margaret Umbers, William Upjohn, Norelle Scott, Bruno Lawrence and David Letch.
