Sensei Michael Field, presents the Japanese martial art of Aikido in a totally unique manner. It is a suitable complimentary program for those attending classes. Beginners will appreciate the attention to detail and lucidity of the explanations of Aikido technique. Instructors will find a genuinely useful tool to assist in communicating to their students the intricacies of the art. Illustrates detailed “how to do it” instructions for Aikido’s manouevring system (Tai Sabaki), extension method techniques and practices (Kokyo Hoo), introduction to the first locking and pinning techniques (Ikkyo Omote and Ura Wazas) and entering throws (Irimi Nage). Demonstrates techniques from all the other Aikido technical categories.
