The trainer’s manual to accompany the program of the same title and offers a transcript of the dramatised situation with discussion topics addressing identifying the symptoms of job burnout and appropriate strategies to overcome these. Various self-assessment exercises will enable the user to evaluate their own levels of job burnout and to personalise an action plan to deal with it. The video tape may be borrowed as a separate loan item.
