Don Bluth, the acclaimed animator of “An American Tail” transports us into a wonderful world of animals and adventure. Featuring the voices of Burt Reynolds, Dom DeLuise and Loni Anderson. Charlie is a rascal but a hero nevertheless. This canine rogue’s michievious streak gets him into serious trouble until he learns the value of friendship and goodness.
