Microsoft Cinemania 97 is an interactive movie guide which has all the latest information about movies and the people involved in making them. There are 20,000 cross-referenced titles with reviews from sources such as ‘Leonard Maltin’s film and video guide’ and biographies of actors, producers directors as well as celebrity guided tours on a range of subjects from Alfred Hitchcok to famous actresses. To use the Apple Macintosh version you will need the following: Apple Macintosh or Power Macintosh personal computer with Mac OS system 7 or later; 8MB of memory; no hard disk space to run from CD-ROM; 11MB for best performance; 256 colour or higher-resolution monitor; double speed or faster CD-ROM drive.
