A modern version of the Cyranno De Bergerac story starring Steve Martin and Daryl Hannah, directed by Fred Schepisi. Small town fire chief C.D. Bales falls in love with a new arrival to the town; an astronomer called Roxanne. He possesses a large nose which stands in the way of his attaining happiness, but eventually true love triumphs in this heartwarming tale.
