Symbol boy

A teaching aid made for the film Mr Symbol man. The film animates a system of pictographs created by Charles K. Bliss to help nonverbal people communicate. The film shows how the symbols work by using them to illustrate one day in the life of a mute child. Animation by Les Drew.
