Discusses the nature of fire awareness and looks at the nature of fire, the causes of fire, the behaviour of fire and fire safety management. Also looks at fire prevention, protection and supression. Technical advice for the video was supplied by the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, and Fire Prevention Department, Melbourne. A manual complements the video and is issued as a separate loan item.
