Adapted from a video produced by David Widdowson of Astrovisuals, which provide over 100 spectacular high quality images from NASA, CSIRO, the European Space Agency, and the United States Naval Observatory. The CD-ROM may be used either in the classroom or for private use at home and covers subjects such as evolution of the solar system, evidence of water, ice, volcanoes and atmosphere of the planets, exploring space and cosmic impacts.
Content notification
Our collection comprises over 40,000 moving image works, acquired and catalogued between the 1940s and early 2000s. As a result, some items may reflect outdated, offensive and possibly harmful views and opinions. ACMI is working to identify and redress such usages.
