The Coneelly family, now living on the isolated west coast of Ireland, has been displaced from Roan Inish, the small, mysterious island which they shared with herds of seals. Fiona is sent to live there with her grandparents and becomes determined to penetrate the secrets of her family’s mysterious past and the legends they all embrace. Cast includes Mick Lally, Eileen Colgan, John Lynch and Jeni Courtney.
