An insight into British Railways Advanced Passenger Train, showing the work being done in research and testing for this new generation of rail vehicle including the “E” and “POP” trains. The train will be powered by gas turbine engines and will have a host of revolutionary ideas such as hydro-kinetic braking, swinging arm suspension for curves.
