Features two episodes set in the high country and based on Elyne Mitchell’s book “The Silver brumby”:FLIGHT TO FREEDOM; The beautiful daughter of The Brolga, Boon Boon, proves herself capable of leaving the secure environment of her family when she joins Thowra in a plight to save the brumbies from a brumby hunt: THE OLD PROSPECTOR SAVES A FRIEND; Thowra learns a valuable lesson about humans when evil men set traps in the high country. A friendly prospector helps Silky’s Joey recover after being caught in a trap and proves to Thowra that not all men are bad. However, it will take all of the creatures help, including wombat, to stop more creatures from getting hurt. Features the voices of Charles “Bud” Tingwell, John Stanton, Rebecca Gibney and Marg Downey.
