A study of maritime provinces of Canada in relation to the rest of Canada and t the United States of America. Fishing, fur-farming, together with population distribution and a glimpse of the history of each settlement. The emphasis is placed on fishing off the coastline of Prince Edward island, and lumbering in new Brunswick.
