This Tarzan collectors edition contains the full length feature “Tarzan and the Green Goddess” starring Olympic champion Herman Brix. Filmed on location in Guatemala, it details the adventures of Tarzan as he assists the expedition of Major Martling and Ula Vale and their quest to take the Green Goddess, a native totem believed to contain a secret formula for a super explosive, back to Livingston. After successfully finding the totem it is stolen by Raglan who is intent on using the formula for Hiram Power’s personal plots, thus disturbing the delicate balance of the jungle. With only Tarzan’s unique knowledge to rectify the chaos that has been unleashed, so follows the journey on the trail of Raglan. Tarzan and the expedition members must also combat a party of natives sent by the High Priest to avenge the tribe and retrieve the Goddess. This Tarzan collectors edition also contains bonus footage, extracts and out-takes from the films of three other well known Tarzan players, including the first actor to play Edgar Rice Burrough’s adventurous character, Elmo Lincoln.
