This tape is a compilation of the seven part series screened on ABC TV which followed renowned chef Stephanie Alexander on a culinary journey across different regions of Australia. At each destination Stephanie, with the assistance of fellow chef Elena Bonnici, prepares a meal from local produce. By doing so she reveals the diversity of local producers, and the ease with which these ingredients can be incorporated into a delicious meal.
