While in Acapulco, Elvis is pretty busy employed as a boat hand, lifeguard, and singer. He’s managed to capture the attention of a few of the local beauties (Ursula Andress, Elsa Cardenas), which fills in most of the spare time he has. He harbours a secret fear of heights however, after a fatal mishap during his career as a trapeze catcher leaves him shaken. Love manage to inspires him to overcome his fear of heights in the most public way possible - diving off a 136 foot cliff.
