Episode of Series “Lonely planet: the experience”.
Argentina is a land of many contrasts, a land where the magnificent desolation of Patagonia and the Andes contrast dramatically with the urban frenzy of Buenos Aires, one of the world’s largest and most cosmopolitan cities. In this instalment of ‘The Lonely planet’ series, traveller Justine Shapiro visits Iguazu Falls, travels on one of the most spectacular railway journeys in Latin America, spends a day with gauchos, learns to tango, and visits the San Moreno glacier at the tip of Latin America.
