How Tanganyika has developed in recent years. New hospitals, clinics and technical colleges have been built; mining industries of mineral deposits of lead, copper and golds, have been expanded, and the farmer has learnt new techniques. Shows Dar es Salaam, the capital, the great lakes and rolling savannahs and finally the election of the first Prime Minister, Julius Nyerere.
