Presents the Victorian Cancer Institute’s 4MeV linear accelerator. An important weapon against cancer, it is used for deep X-ray therapy. Traces a case history of a woman who is eventually restored to her family by the special treatment made possible by the accelerator. Narrated by Marcia Hart.
