A brief study of the uses to which Britain is putting her limited natural resources; the harvesting, scientific drying, and storing of short grass for feeding cattle all the year round; the planting of forests and cutting of timber; harnessing of hydro-electric power; soap manufacture without fats; the use of seaweed in the manufacture of many products; production of magnesium from the waters of the North Sea.
