The newly formed Royal Western Australian REgiment receives its new colors. Field-Marshal the Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, is present at the colorful ceremony during which the old colors are tropped through the ranks. The new colors are blessed and consecrated by the chaplains. His Highness presents the new Queen’s colors and new regimental colors then addresses all ranks. Finally the new regiment advances in review order and His Highness takes a General Salute.
