Set in the 1950’s, “Voyager” follows the meandering travels of construction engineer Walter Faber (Sam Shepard) through six countries. Told in flashback, the protagonist relates circumstances behind the series of chance events that lead him to meet and fall in love with a strangely familiar young woman (Julie Delphi) on board a ship to France a, meeting that is to have tragic consequences. Based on the novel ‘Homo Faber’ by Max Frisch.
