Training film for bank tellers, aiming to foster customer loyalty by making the customer feel welcome, important and at ease. The chain of branches is 500 strong and each individual bank throughout Australia is important as a link in the chain. Personal attention is shown to be vital in the formation of the customer’s image of the bank.
