Shows the training of an adult disabled person for a job in ordinary life, and a meeting between employers and others concerned who discuss the problems of employing disabled persons and helping them to succeed. Emphasises their determination to prove their usefulness and demonstrates that when given a job within their capabilities they compare favourably with other workers.
