Using “Bert” a typical surburban dad/husband/managing executive, to show the mid-life crisis in home and especially at work. “Phil” a young executive has new innovative plans for the company but Bert is too threatened to pass on Phil’s ideas. Phil resigns and Bert gets questioned about it by his superior. The film is based on books written by Joe Batten.
