The film starts with a typical day in Indonesia in the fields. It shows how New Zealand is providing assistance in training in agricultural methods and use of machinery. It goes on to Malaysia, Pakistan, Sarawak and India with emphasis on the New Zealand contribution under the Colombo Plan to medical technology, resource management and secondary education.
