Prepared for lay audiences this film states that in any typical large group of Americans, one in every eight will die of cancer. To combat the high mortality caused by cancer, early treatment by X-ray, radium or surgery is essential. Microscope-slides are used in this film to show normal cell division and growth, and then the invasion of cancer cells breeding wildly.
