Instructional film which takes us through an in-depth examination of high jump technique. Use of slow-motion and still camerawork of champion high-jumpers allows detailed explanation of correct running approach, the proper method of lifting and rolling at the bar and correct landing. Some common faults are pointed out and advice is given on how best to achieve optimal performance.
