This film depicts the bustle and brutality of urban life in modern Saigon, a city overrun by crime, violence, sex and madness. An 18 year old boy, nicknamed ‘Cyclo’, is trying to scrape together a living in the desperate poverty of Saigon, whilst living with his two sisters and grandfather. When his pedi-cab is stolen he is forced into the criminal underworld in order to repay his debt. Initially taking on small errands for a small group of thugs, he soon becomes entangled in far more sinister events. In Vetnamese with English subtitles.
