Concerntrating on the set-shot, this film uses professional male basketball players to demonstrate stance, aim, trajectory, and the action of the throw, with detailed attention to fingertip control, the inward rotating movement of the hand and arm, and the co-ordination of all pars of the body required for accurates shots.
