A seemingly innocent “neat freak” (Jeremy Callaghan) patiently, yet swiftly cleans his house, under the watchful eye of a dog who may or may not be the cause of the proliferation of waste. As the milkman arrives to replenish the bottles, the plot takes an unexpected twist.
