Capturing the mood of the time the documentary discusses such themes as; the Cold War; Communism; organised crime; and poverty in Melbourne. Cast includes: John F. Howard, Rhonda Wilson, Bruce Knappet, David Gray and Susie Fraser. Directed, written and edited by Daryl Dellora.
