This video deals with the problem of difficult people in the workplace, whether they be co-workers, senior management, customers or clients and shows some effective strategies in dealing with such people. Dramatised situations are portrayed with the main character, Jane, a customer relations officer, seen in a range of scenarios, both external and internal. A 49 page training program accompanies this title. Cast includes James Armstrong, Madelaine James, Batholomew John, Katherine McCallum, Helen McGrath, Kate Randall, Cameron Sharp and Nicholas Tsakonas.
