One in five women suffer from Post-natal depression (PND). In this short documentary, 3 women; Cindy Picton-Barnes, Susan King and Sandi Avery frankly discuss their experiences with PND - the physical and mental symptoms, self-doubt, fear and anxiety, and the treatment they found most effective. Also includes discussion with the womens’ partners and an expert from the Dona Maria Pre and Post-natal Support Network who outlines where women can go for help as well as what factors contribute to PND. Presented by Wendy Harmer, Patron of Dona Maria Post-Natal Support Network.
