Atmospheric horror film based on a Robert Louis Stevenson short story. Set in Edinburgh of 1831, a gifted doctor who runs a medical school is haunted by a grave robber who supplied corpses to research scientists and once protected him from a prison term. Cast includes Boris Karloff, Bela Lugosi and Henry Daniell.
