Episode number 8 of Series “Improving Performance”.
The youngest clerical worker in a project team is angry about staff who are inconsiderate, messy and who avoid her whilst her colleagues have complained to the new supervisor about her being aggressive. The supervisor attempts to resolve the problem and then Peter Quarry assumes the role of supervisor and uses the 3 step approach.
