Roper Woodward played the first recital at the Sydney Opera House in 1973 and ten years later he was given the honour of performing the tenth anniversary recital on October 1, 1983. This video presents Roger Woodward performing the commemorative tenth recital live at the Sydney Opera House playing three of Beethoven’s sonatas and ending with an encore of Chopin’s Grand Waltz.
