First established in 1776 in Moscow, the Boilshoi Theatre has hosted 200 annual seasons of ballet and opera. This documentary celebrates the history and nostalgia of this wonderful Russian theatre in its 200th season with excerpts from several ballets and operas, along with archival stills, newsreels and commentary.
