A musical comedy about a pajama factory worker and her co-workers fight to get a 7.1/2 cents pay raise that is being fought by their employers. Cast includes Doris Day, John Raitt, Carol Haney and Eddie Foy Jr, with music and lyrics by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross, and choreography by Bob Fosse. Based upon the book “7.1/2 cents” by Richard Bissell and the play “The Pajama game” by George Abbott and Richard Bissell. Screenplay by George Abbott and Richard Bissell.
