Special Agent Dick Steele (Leslie Nielsen) aka Agent WD-40, is brought out of retirement to save the world from destruction and annihilation by the hands of the notorious General Rancor (Andy Griffith) who has a hidden missile at a secret base. Agent WD-40 teams up with KGB Agent Veronique Ukrinsky (Nicollette Sheridan) aka Agent 3.14, to find her kidnapped scientist father who as it turns out holds the key to foiling Rancor’s evil plan in the form of a special computer chip. Cast also includes Charles Durning, Marcia Gay Harden, Barry Bostwick.
