Film based on the Board of Education Syllabus of Physical Training for Schools (1933). Children in the film were drawn from city and borough elementary school. Various physical training exercises are demonstrated including crouch jumps, cat springs, broad jumps, hop, step, and jump forward, backward rolls and cartwheels.
