Members of a Police and Citizens Boys’ Club demonstrate faulty and careless riding of bicycles. A police sergeant instructs them in the correct methods and demonstrates correct hand signals. Shows how to maintaine the bicycle and how to care for the reflector, brakes, chain, tires and the wheels. A group-cycling trip is used to illustrate elements of road care and courtesy.
