To painters and riggers working on Sydney’s Harbour Bridge walking on narrow girders high above the city is no different to walking down a suburban street; Bell Bay, Tasmania, is the site of the first complete aluminium smelter in the Southern hemisphere; Sydney’s Garrison Church provides a link with early pioneers; Australian Boy Scouts take part in the Eighth World Jamboree held at Niagara, Canada.
