Adaptation of a Jack London story spotlighting the conflict between the call of the wild and civilization. A man attempts to shoot his dog in order to survive, but the dog escapes and is taken in by a young couple. Eventually the man returns and claims his dog, which chooses to return to the wild. Set in the early 1900’s. Suitable for upper primary and lower secondary levels.
