The Art of French cooking

A film adaptation of Fernande Garvin’s best selling cookbook. Five famous recipes, using simple ingredients are demonstrated in easy to follow detail. Emphasizes the love and care lavished on ingredients in French cuisine. French toast sandwiches, French onion soup, fish fillets in sauce, beef bourguignon, and cherries jubilee are the featured dishes.
