Uses a young reporter’s interview with a butcher to show consumers how to select the best quality meat and poultry for their needs. Shows how to recognise desirable characteristics of chicken and such meats as veal, lamb, beef, pork and mince. Provides a variety of tips, along with hints on cooking cheaper cuts.
