Portrays the plight of a girl who is addicted to food and whose mother is too busy to be concerned. In the face of her mother’s opposition to her attempts at dieting and with the friendship of a young man who shares her addiction, Dinky makes one last attempt to gain her mother’s attention. Based on the book “Dinky Hocker Shoots Smack” by M.E. Kerr.
